- We tend to ship worldwide to all or any destinations.
- All the Indian cities are covered by reputed courier partners like DTDC, Delivery, etc.
- Our standard shipping time is three – five operating days once the order is placed… However, certain products take longer to deliver due to logistic issues. Please note Sunday and Public Holidays don’t seem to be set as working days for traditional deliveries.
- We tend to ship orders through multiple facilities – your order perhaps split into multiple shipments supported by product availableness and to reduce shipping time.
- We tend to settle for cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY-
- Solely ready-made made products are eligible for return. Discounted/customized products don’t seem to be eligible for return. Returns and Replacements are attainable for ready-made products only you receive within the case of domestic orders.
- Manufacturing defect.
- In any case of manufacturing defect with the product, the defect should be notified to Woodblock Linen within three days of receiving the product at mailto:info@woodblocklinen.in. The client must email the order details and defect in the product in conjunction with pictures and unboxing video of the defective/ broken products. The images/video ought to clearly highlight the issue.
- Upon receiving the unboxing video over email, we’ll begin the investigation of the defective/broken product. If the quality control team marks its validity a brand new cargo of the merchandise or refunds the complete amount if the product isn’t available.
- If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, the product has got to be returned with original brand label and price tags, original packaging, and in unused condition. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-
- We ship worldwide to any or all destinations.
- Woodblock Linen uses third party shipping services to deliver the merchandise; therefore all the shipping rates and zones are subject to vary on such companies’ discretion. Our normal shipping time for international orders is six – seven operating days when dispatch. Shipping rates are going to be in step with shipping zones and shipping weight of the products ordered.
- We tend to settle for international payments through PayPal in most major currencies. The order will be sent solely after the payment has been completed.
- As on in this day and age we don’t charge any taxes on international orders. However, any duties or taxes levied by the receiving country shall be borne by the customer. Please discuss with your native authorities for the details.
