In the rare event that your order reaches you in a damaged condition, we’ll make it right. Simply send us an unboxing video within 5 days of receiving your package, and our team will review the issue promptly.
Once verified, we will either dispatch a replacement at no additional cost or process a full refund if the product is unavailable.

Order Processing & Delivery
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch with care and attention. Most orders are processed and handed over to our trusted courier partners within 24–48 business hours.
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes supported by our logistics network. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days for order processing and transit.
